ADAM LICKEY
LEAD PASTOR
ADAM joined the Northbrook family in 2020 as the Lead Pastor. He and his wife, Leslie, married in 2004 and have five kids: Karis, Eli, Luke, Silas, and Zoe. While attending Union University in the early 2000s, Adam began his ministry as a student ministry intern here at Northbrook. Since then he completed his M.Div and Ph.D degrees preparing for ministry and has worked in several churches. His passion is for preaching the Gospel in a way that connects real people to real life-change. He is down-to-earth and ready for some good coffee and conversation anytime. Adam is an avid outdoorsman, pretty handy around a car engine, and at heart a family man. Come by and introduce yourself, his office door is always open.
CINDY STOOKEY
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
CINDY began teaching Vacation Bible School as a teenager under the instruction of her grandmother. It was then that God developed in her a desire to serve Him through children. She graduated from Union University in 1993 with a BA degree in Social Work and a minor in Religion. As a founding member of Northbrook, she has been actively involved in the children's ministry from the very beginning. She was brought on our paid staff in 2004. Cindy has two daughters and a son. Courtney is married to Robert Lynn, Natalie is a Union University student, and Luke is in high school. Cindy loves hosting creative events for kids and women's small group Bible studies. She also loves cooking and chocolate.

Nehemiah Guinn
Youth Minister
Nehemiah and his wife Natalie previously served as youth interns at Northbrook, and Nehemiah came on staff as the Youth Minister in the Fall of 2022. Both Nehemiah and Natalie have a passion for youth ministry and hope to open a camp for boys teaching Biblical manhood and wilderness skills. Nehemiah loves working on cars, and Natalie loves to host and make yummy food!

Our “PLT” serves the biblical role of elders for Northbrook.
They are from left to right:
ROGER SMITH - Roger and his wife Donne live in Jackson, Tn. They are former missionaries, previously based in Italy. Roger works in Jackson as a controls engineer.
DAVID SUTHERLAND - David and his wife Teresa live in Jackson, Tn. David has served in ministry in several West Tennessee churches. He is currently a customer service manager with Apple.
ADAM LICKEY - Adam and his wife Leslie live with their 5 children in Medina. Adam is full-time as our lead Pastor.
ROB HARRIS - Rob and his wife Carla served as missionaries in Germany. Rob is now the founder and director of Kontaktmission USA, located in Humboldt, Tn.
WAYNE RUSHING - Wayne and his wife Lisa live in Three Way, Tn. Wayne is retired and has a part-time painting business.
GRAHAM MAYFIELD - Graham and his wife Sarah live in Crockett, Co, outside of Humboldt, Tn. Graham is a middle school teacher and coach.
